unfortunately through customs my package was went through, and whomever handled the earnings had definitely not changed their gloves all day becuse they arrived with finger prints all over them, and due to them sitting with the oils from the gloves the finger prints permanently disfigured the jewelry. This however is not the manufacturers fault and the other jewelry from this order arrived fine
