Shipping

How long will it take (domestic + international)?

Ready to ship orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days once your order confirmation has been received.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia): Shipping times within Australia typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times generally take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier. Please note that customs processing may cause slight delays in some cases. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

How long does it take for a pre-order item?

Made to order pieces take 6-8 weeks to make and be dispatched to you. You will receive an email order confirmation, and a tracking update notice once the order has been shipped.

How much does it cost?

My item never arrived

Please check the tracking number provided for shipping updates, once the package has been scanned over to the local postal provider you can contact them for a more detailed update of your parcel.

Items that are taking longer than usual could be awaiting pick up at your local post office.

Azadi Adornments unfortunately bears no responsibility for orders that are taking longer than expected to reach your destination.

Returns

Can I return my item if I don’t like it?

Please refer to our Returns Policy page for all of our returns protocol.

My item arrived broken

Oh no! If a faulty item is received, please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com within 4 days of receiving the piece to start the returns process. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Where is Azadi based?

Azadi Adornments is based on Bundjalung Country, on the Northern Rivers of New South Wales in so called Australia.

Where is the jewellery made?

All pieces are expertly handcrafted by our small team of metalsmiths in Bali who we have worked with since the conception of Azadi. Our team holds a significant place of value within the label and they are treated and paid in accordance with Australian Fair Trade standards.

Where are the materials sourced?

All organic matter used in Azadi’s pieces is sourced sustainably - the bone and horns are a by-product of the meat industry, ensuring no new demand for these materials. The stones are all sourced as locally as possible with most of them coming from Bali, or otherwise Java.
