Return & Refund Policy
Azadi Adornments does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your piece carefully. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions, we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment.
If a faulty item is received, please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com to start the returns process within seven days after receiving the item. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Azadi Adornments. Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions sent out with each order and outlined on our jewellery care page. Those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
