Cancellations on Pre-Ordered Items
If you have ordered a pre-order item you are able to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, if we have not yet started making the order for you.
Please email: support@azadiadornments.com with your order number and name so we can start the cancellation & refund process for you.
The order cancellation request ONLY goes through once you have contacted us via email.
Exchange
If you have changed your mind, you are able to exchange your products before they have been dispatched.
Please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com with your order number, and which items you wish to exchange in your order.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind once your order has been received so please choose your piece carefully.
Wrong sizing exchange
We STRONGLY recommend choosing your jewellery carefully to ensure it’s correct fit for you. The size & dimensions of each piece are provided in our product descriptions, we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment.
If your piece is not the correct size it can be exchanged for store credit only minus our shipping expenses. Please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com to start the exchange process and please note that if an item is returned to us in worn condition it is up to us to our discretion to refuse the exchange.
NO EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY EAR JEWELLERY DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
Faulty item returns
If a faulty item is received, please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com to start the returns process within 4 days after receiving the item. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.
⚠️If items are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect shipping information, or failure to collect your package you will bear the responsibility of the cost of shipping the pieces back. Please see our shipping policies for more on this.
✨ Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions sent out with each order and outlined on our jewellery care page. Those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
Our jewellery is hand made from precious metals that naturally oxidise and change in time and this is not considered a manufacturing fault.
