Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days once your order confirmation has been received. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent, please refer to this tracking number for shipping updates.

We will ALWAYS send you a order confirmation, and shipping confirmation email- if you don't see these please check your spam/junk folder.

All orders are sent from Byron Bay, Australia. Shipping time will vary depending on where your region is, we recommend choosing the express shipping option if you would like a faster delivery.

AZADI ADORNMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES YOUR PACKAGE MAY INCUR- THIS IS BETWEEN YOU & YOUR COUNTRY, WE AS A BUSINESS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.

Australia post is the carrier up until the item is scanned in at your country/region, then your package will be handled by whoever the local carrier is. If you require details past what is being shown on the tracking updates you are able to contact the postal carrier and quote them your tracking number.

AZADI ADORNMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP, OR WHERE DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO AN INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS. ORDERS THAT GET SENT BACK TO US FOR THESE REASONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REDELIVERY COSTS.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

You can still purchase your favourite pieces even if they are out of stock. If you purchase a pre order item please allow 6-8 weeks for your pieces to be produced and dispatched. If an item in your order is on pre order all of your pieces will be sent out together, unless requested otherwise. Azadi Adornments does this to lessen the carbon footprint of each order wherever possible.
