Shipping policy
DISPATCH & PROCESSING:
Ready to Ship: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Made to Order: Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before dispatch.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will be shipped together unless you request otherwise. This helps reduce our carbon footprint.
We will always send an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't see these, please check your junk/spam folder.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Made to order and solid gold pieces cannot be cancelled once placed.
Tracking details are automatically emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. For updates beyond what's visible on your tracking link, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
AUSTRALIA:
Standard Post: Up to 7 business days, depending on location.
Express Post: Usually 1–3 business days (AusPost estimate).
Orders over $300: Free express shipping.

USA:
Tariffs are covered by us for the first delivery attempt only.
If a shipment is returned to sender or requires reshipment (including missed delivery), tariffs are not covered on any additional delivery attempts, and this charge will be forwarded to the customer.

- Orders over $550 USD: Free Express Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL:
- Duties and VAT may apply. Thresholds and rates vary by country, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- DHL Express: Delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Australia Post Express: Delivered within 4–10 business days.
- Australia Post Standard: Delivered within 12–25 business days.
- Free express shipping on orders over $550 USD/ 480 EU

Please note: Timeframes are provided by our freight partners. Delays may occur due to customs, busy periods, or factors outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Azadi Adornments is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by your delivery country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are separate from our prices and shipping costs.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges:
- The order is not eligible for refund
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your store credit
For clarity on what duties may apply, please contact your local customs office.
For US customers, tariffs are covered on the first delivery attempt only. If a shipment is returned and reshipped, the 10% US government tariff charge will be forwarded to the customer.
Responsibility & Terms
We are not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Uncollected parcels
Orders returned to us under these conditions are:
- Not eligible for refund
- Subject to redelivery costs
Once dispatched, Azadi Adornments is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. However, we will assist in contacting the carrier to investigate any delays or missing shipments.
Items that are taking longer than expected may be awaiting collection at your local post office.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Azadi Adornments is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed.
SHIPPING PROTECTION:
All EU orders are shipped with insurance automatically added.
Orders placed without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement if lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Except for solid gold pieces which are all securely shipped with free insurance.
