Orders
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we can modify or cancel your order. If it has already left our warehouse we unfortunately cannot make any further changes.
SOLID GOLD, AND MADE TO ORDER PIECES CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
All ready to ship orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. If you ordered from our made to order collections please see our policy regarding made to order pieces.
Why was my order flagged?
Due to fraud detection technology on our website, if your order has been flagged we will reach out to you to confirm some additional details for safety purposes. Once you’re able to send that through your order will be cleared for dispatch.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally with standard and express post options. This only excludes Iran due to US sanctions. If you are hoping to place an order to Iran we recommend finding an alternative shipping address like Turkey, or Dubai.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from Byron Bay, Australia.
How long does shipping take - Australia?
Standard Post: Up to 7 days. Delivery times vary by location.
Express Post: Usually 1–3 business days (AusPost estimate).
Please note: Timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays may occur during busy periods.
How long does shipping take - International?
- DHL Express: Fastest and most reliable shipping option. All shipments are delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Australia Post Express: Shipments are generally delivered between 4-10 business days.
- Australia Post Standard Shipping: Shipments are generally delivered between 12-25 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

How much will my shipping cost?
Our shipping prices are live rates set by our freight partners. Please check the shipping amount at checkout for the most accurate shipping price - this amount is updated real time.

My order never arrived
Please check the tracking number provided for shipping updates, once the package has been scanned over to the local postal provider you can contact them for a more detailed update of your parcel.
Items that are taking longer than usual could be awaiting pick up at your local post office.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time.
What is your exchange policy?
If you have changed your mind, you are able to exchange your pieces within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that this policy does not apply to final sale items.Please see our refund policy for the full details on this process.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our solid gold pieces have a 2 year warranty, and the rest of our designs come with a 6 month warranty. For more information on what our warranty covers, please see our returns policy page.
How can I exchange an item?
If you have changed your mind you are able to exchange your pieces within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that this policy does not apply to final sale items.
Please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com with your order number, and which items you wish to exchange in your order.
We will issue you a store credit once the jewellery has been received, and quality checked.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your tracking number, as we cannot offer any store credit or replacement if the shipment goes missing.

What pieces are final sale?
Any sale items, made to order pieces, our solid gold collection, gift with purchase, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
My order has arrived damaged
If a faulty item is received, please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com with images of the jewellery fault, within 4 days of receiving the piece to start the returns process. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

What are the solid gold pieces made from?
Our solid gold pieces are made from 9k or 14k gold.
Is there a warranty on these pieces?

What is the return and exchange policy?
As our solid gold pieces are handmade piece by piece just for you, we cannot offer any returns and exchanges on these items.
How do I find out my ring size?
We have created an easy guide to find out your ring size from home.
How long will my piece take to ship?
Every solid gold piece is made to order. Once you place your order we endeavor to have it ready to ship for you within 5 weeks. However due to demand and stone availability this can sometimes take up to 7 weeks. We thank you for your patience whilst we craft your timeless heirloom for you.
Does my order come with shipping protection?
Yes, every solid gold order will have free order protection automatically added to it so you can rest assured that you’re covered in the event that anything may occur to your shipment.
MADE TO ORDER
How long will my made to order piece take?
Made to order pieces take 6-8 weeks to make and dispatch to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we cannot cancel made to order items, as they are being crafted just for you. We thank you for your patience as we work on your order.
Can I exchange my made to order piece?
All solid gold designs are final sale, however all other full price made to order pieces are eligible for exchange. Please see our exchange process here.
JEWELLERY INFORMATION AND CARE
What are your pieces made of?
Azadi pieces are made from a range of different base metals to ensure that we can offer high quality, affordable pieces for everyone. All of our pieces are nickel free. For more information on a specific item please see the product description.
Can I wear these pieces in the shower?
For all jewellery that is not solid gold or silver, we recommend you always take off your jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying personal care products.
When not in use, store your pieces in a protective pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratching and tarnishing.
AZADI ADORNMENTS DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO THE MAINTENANCE OF YOUR JEWELLERY.
How do I look after my pieces?
To preserve the beauty of your brass and plated jewellery, avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products, as these can damage the plating. Always take off your jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying personal care products. To clean, simply wipe your gold-plated pieces with a soft cloth to remove any oils or dust. Avoid using abrasive cloths or cleaners, as they can scratch and wear down the plating. When not in use, store your jewellery in the provided packaging to protect it from air, moisture, and potential damage.

Who designs these pieces?
Azadi Adornments founder, Nahal, designs every piece you see on the website.
Do you customize pieces?
At this time Azadi Adornments does not offer custom sizing or designs, please see the product info for sizing information on the piece you wish to purchase.
What if the design I want is sold out?
We try to restock our best sellers as frequently as possible. However if your preferred piece is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. Once restocked, you will receive an email.
Duties & Tariffs
Will my shipment incur extra charges?
We are an Australian store and ship all pieces from Australia. If you’re based in Australia your shipment will not incur any extra charges after purchase.
If your address is in the US, we cover tariffs for you.
If you are based in the EU and UK, your shipment is subject to duties and/or VAT.
Other regions may be subject to import taxes depending on the country.
For clarity on what duties may apply to you, please contact your local customs office.
