Warranty
Your piece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This covers:
- Manufacturing faults like faulty clasps
- Structural defects like loose stone settings
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Broken chains
- Chipped, cracked, or lost stones
- Surface wear such as scratches or dents
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Any alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by a third-party jeweler
- Lost or stolen pieces

If your piece is found to have a manufacturing defect, our team will work with you to repair or replace it. Please note that all warranty claims go through a review process before they can be deemed eligible.
