Return & Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Made to order and solid gold pieces cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you have changed your mind, you are able to exchange your pieces within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that this policy does not apply to final sale items.
Please contact us at support@azadiadornments.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.
We will issue you a store credit once the jewellery has been received and quality checked.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your tracking number, as we cannot offer any store credit or replacement if the return shipment goes missing.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds at this time.
Please note:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be sent with tracked shipping
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
By completing a purchase with Azadi Adornments, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined on this page. Claims, disputes, or chargebacks that contradict these policies may be formally challenged.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Solid gold pieces
- Made to order pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gift with purchase items
6 MONTH WARRANTY (ALL NON-SOLID GOLD PIECES):
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults only.
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.
Please note this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Natural ageing, patina, or changes in colour
- Surface scratches or everyday wear
- Stone chipping
- Misshaping or bending due to pressure or impact
- Damage from accidental breakage or misuse
- Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products
Our jewellery is crafted from materials that naturally oxidise and evolve over time, this is not considered a fault.
Minor variations due to hand-finishing are also not considered defects.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
SOLID GOLD WARRANTY (2 YEARS):
All solid gold pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This covers:

Manufacturing faults (e.g. faulty clasps)

Structural defects (e.g. loose stone settings)
This does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Surface wear such as scratches or dents

Broken chains

Chipped, cracked, or lost stones

Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care

Exposure to harsh chemicals or improper storage

Any alterations, resizing, or repairs by a third-party jeweller

Lost or stolen items
If a fault is identified, we will repair or replace the piece where possible. If neither is possible, store credit will be issued.

MADE TO ORDER:
Made to order jewellery pieces cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as we begin sourcing materials and crafting your piece immediately.
SALE ITEMS:
All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
FREE GIFTS:
Free gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Free gifts are not covered under any warranty.
Every shipment is quality checked before dispatch. We are unable to replace free items that are damaged in transit.
